STORYLINE The day-by-day inside a hospital shows two kind of treatment: one, at New Department, with state-of-the-art equipment, for the first class Brazil; and the other, at Old Department, for the lower class people, a sort of "apartheid" that gives food for thought about the existence of these Brazils inside the same country.
